Before you buy - If you're having any doubts or concerns, your best bet is to reach out to the retailer or seller. Ask about their return policy, what accessories are included, and whether or not they are new - used - refurbished - or authentic Beats.

Counterfeit Beats products are cheaply made and don’t provide the same listening experience that makes Beats stand out from other audio electronics. I Do NOT recommend this product. Mine would not turn on after having it for less than two years. I contacted Apple support and only option for me was to reset(which i did and did not work) or getting a replacement for $80+$7shipping which is going to cost me close to $90. The brand new product cost $100 so... no I am NOT doing that. Please stay away from this product!!! I should have read the reviews more carefully. Hope this helps! see less

YES......I bought my grey ones in late 2017. I work outdoors, rain, heat, cold you name it. I work outdoors in any given state within the lower 48's at any given time of the year. I work-out in the gym with them, a good 1.5 - 2Hrs. sessions 2-3 times a week. No issues yet. They WILL last 8 hours as long as you don't ha… see more

Bought mine in August and they now turn pink when I try to charge them and don’t work? Wasn’t rough with them or anything. I did use them everyday. They were only $100 so I guess you can’t expect too much? I also have a pair of Beats3s that I’ve had for years, they have been thru ALOT of traveling, wear and tear, and they work totally fine still! Of course they were a lot more expensive. So I guess you get what you pay for? :/ see less

I’ve had my pair for 2 months now and seem to be pretty durable.spend an extra $5.00 and get a 4 year warranty. If you can’t afford a warranty, you don’t need them.

I’ve slept in mine (a habit I picked up from my i pod and wired ear bud days) for nearly two years now. I rotate from ear to ear so I am not lying on an ear bud (ouch). They are pretty tough. Not one issue. I changed the tips to Comply Sport Pro, type 500, size medium and it’s the perfect combination.

Some Beats products have some charge out of the box. If you still can't turn them on after charging them, you can reset the headphones or update the firmware by downloading the Beats Updater from the Beats website and following the on screen instructions. To reset your Beats X earphones, hold down both the power button and volume down button for 10 seconds. When the LED indicator light flashes, release the buttons. Your earphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again. If your'e still having trouble, you can exchange your earphones or contact Apple Support: https://www.beatsbydre.com/support/service-warranty see less

This happened to me every 3 months. If you’re still in the one year warranty period, Apple will replace them pretty much no questions asked. It takes about 7-10 days altogether

Beats X are lightweight and some people forget they are wearing them. 2 pounds may be the shipping weight for the box size Amazon is using to provide to their delivery carrier.

The earphones are very light and sometimes you even forget that you have them on. The wobble a bit and the one I got didn’t have the ear hooks but it had multiple ear buds

Probably around an ounce or so?

Light enough to forget you have them around your neck when not in your ears.

Used these maybe three times before they simply stopped working. Charged and charged and charged... unplugged to use and... nothing. Power won't come on. Updated the firmware, as some people online suggested trying: Nothing. Charged again: Nothing. Did a "reset" holding down power and volume button: Nothing. There are dozens, if not hundreds, of people online dealing with the same thing. Called Apple since they're under warranty. Because they're "Beats" not "Apple" you've gotta ship them off instead of exchanging at a local Apple store. Don't roll the dice with these -- buy a different brand. I never write reviews. That's how frustrated I am with these.
This is my first review and I can genuinely say if you purchase these, you will 100% regret it after a few months. Long story short... I bought two pairs LOVED THEM and then each died after 4-5 months. When you call Apple, you can tell they're aware the BeatsX are faulty and just won't last period. I eventually got new Apple Air Pods and they are great (less the non-noise canceling). Though, I hear that's coming sooner than later! So, I'll get those once they are available.
I bought this in April. By October it started to have pairing issue with the phone. It kept loosing connection then it won't work at all! I looked up in support and found a way to hard reboot it. It worked for a week then it kept happening every hour making unusable. So I called up support and they told me to bring it to the store. They took it in telling me it is covered by warranty unless as long as there is no external damage done to it. I didn't think much of it since no external damage has been done and I only had a great service from Apple.

A couple of days later I get an email saying a small hole with mesh in the right side is punctured. This was NOT like that that!!! They say the original issue IS covered by warranty and now unless this NEW ISSUE is fixed with payment of $79.99+TAX, they won't do the repair!!! The person I was talking to was very condescending and simply won't listen to what I was saying. At one point he just kept quiet refusing to respond. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Apple must be too big to train their support team right anymore. VERY SAD!

NEVER BUY THIS POORLY MADE PRODUCT! THEY WON'T EVEN HONOR THEIR WARRANTY BY MAKING SOME EXCUSE TO MAKE YOU PAY FOR THE SERVICE!!! VERY UNAPPLE LIKE! I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH APPORT SUPPORT BEFORE BUT THIS ONE JUST RUINED IT FOR MANY GOOD ONES I HAD BEFORE. GOODBYE BEATS. NEVER AGAIN.
